All the downloads for your system right from IBM. If there isn't any there, than there isn't one.
Is there a specific reason why you want to update the BIOS? Its not something like a video card driver where it should be constantly updated, you're only really supposed to update if you're have a problem related to it.

This. If you have no problems, do not update bios.
A bad update will brick your mobo.

I'm having a problem with a video card. The manufacturer told me to update my BIOS and it should work. Also, when I try the link from above it won't let me install the update because i'm running a x64 OS and all the updates are for x86.

 BIOS updates should never be installed via Windows. Download the Flash BIOS and Utility diskette image file from here - http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/docdisplay?lndocid=MIGR-57900&brandind=5000004 You're going to need a floppy disk, use this program to write the .img file to the floppy - http://www.chrysocome.net/rawwrite Make sure you take a look at the readme for the update software too.
It might be easier if you explain what kind of video card problems you're having before updating the BIOS, its really a last solution kind of thing unless there's a known and documented problem.
It's weird because HP updated the BIOS by Windows and nothing happened. I guess it was luck.
Updating through Windows will work but its just considered a really big no-no. I've seen it update no problem and I've also seen it brick motherboards faster than you can say "oops". You risk a far greater chance that the software will mess up than if you updated via floppy/non Windows flash utility/etc.

Diskettes. They stopping selling them in shops in my city a year ago. And my computer doesn't even have a diskette drive.

USB drives formatted to FAT32, works just fine.
It depends on the motherboard, it may not support booting from USB. There are ISOs on the site too if the OP doesn't have a floppy drive, I thought that series came with floppy drives though.
I'd almost feel happier flashing through Windows than with a floppy disk

USB flash drive is definitely the way to go, next to no chance of a corrupted image.
I don't have a floppy drive and my mobo doesn't support booting from an usb. Couldn't i just burn the iso to a disc and boot from the disc?
Btw what is wrong with my video card is that when i place it in my machine and boot up, the card receives power and I know this because the fan on the card is running but the card doesn't display anything.
My friend tried to update his BIOS once and ended up having to buy a new mobo.
