This doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If you don't have your soul, and you're able to function fine without it, why does it matter. More than that, why go through the bother of "stealing it" if the player does not need it :v:

It looks as if they're going to use these "skyhooks" like Rift used its rifts.
I can barely get into Elder Scrolls as a single player game, getting into an MMO version would be damn near impossible for me.
Meh, I would actually like to visit Shivering Isles again.

Something like, you don't actually die, but rather *insert extremely goofy reason here* and that's why you're still in control.
Game will flop if you don't add lots of end content like raids in.
