Task Mangager WONT OPEN!!!

Im trying to get rid of this CPU Usage thing which lags my laptop and Task Manager is being a bitch. It wont open and i really need to open it. I need help cause im about to smash my laptop and get a mac laptop instead

Have you tried left clicking on the bottom toolbar?

If that doesn't work then you might need to go to the control panel and do it from there

No i dont have any malware on my laptop. Its done that before but i forgot how i fixed it.

Last time that task Manager wasn't opening was when I had some malware on my PC, I would look out for that.

Check the Event Viewer under Windows Logs > Applications and see if there's a report.
