This, its alos where my avatar comes from
I check up QC every day
Awkward Zombie is pretty funny, though it doesn't update that much.
I need to get back into Penny Arcade.
Penny-Arcade, Doctor McNinja, CAD (maybe, maybe one day it would make something funny), and whatever I jump over once in a while.
I need to get back to Darths and Droids.
*VGCATS*
Vg cats isn't really a webcomic as much as a comedian with cancer and herpegonasyphlaids dieing in the hospital that sometimes on very rare occasions when the moon is full and the conditions are right coughs up something funny.
Darths and Droids (a DM of the rings style webcomic but with Star Wars)
Servants of the Inquisition (A Dark heresy inspired webcomic).

It pisses me off when he claims to have no ideas, when his whole comic is about video games, which produces god damn endless ideas.
Too bad Boxer Hockey only has new comics on Sundays; Every one of them is extremely funny. Rittz is hilarious.
Cyanide and Happiness is also good, but it's a different kind of humor.
least i could do isn't to bad
MSPaintAdventures
You have to read all of it to understand.
I recommend Problem Sleuth first. (Will take awhile), then catching up with Homestuck after that.
Homestuck is turning out really good
HousePets, Better Days, Original Life, Vgcats, Boxerhockey and Twokinds
