First build, cant install windows 7 on GPT partition?

Hey guys i just build my first computer after ordering off of newegg and i had some problems with the installation of windows 7.
First off:
i used the pirate bay for win 7.
i am booting off of a flash drive.
i am using Novicorp WinToFlash to do so.
i have one wd sata hdd.
Now booting off of the usb went fine, the setup loaded and everything, however when i had to select the disk partition to install it on it wouldn't let me because it was a GPT partition.
so i used my trusty friend google to look for a way to convert it into something that would work. after many guides and youtube videos i have not found a guide that dosent require an operating system to be already on the system for it to work. ive looked into gparted and cmd conversions but i currently cant install an os for me to do that.
Please dont troll, im new and out of answers, its already been a week and i still havent been able to use my new computer. :/
any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
and please excuse my use of grammar and spelling its been a late night :)

quoted so you can't snip
AKA you pirated something, missed the sticky that clearly states this isn't technical support? I'd love to help you dude but if you pirated Win7 it's probably gonna break and you deserve it.
well i understand that and took it into consideration before doing this, on the other hand, pirating windows has nothing to do with not being able to convert from GPT. and last time i checked i didnt see the tech support thread. If you go to the sticky and click the link i get 404.
Besides i thought i was just going with the flow, these about 30 "HELP!" posts already on this page alone.

I hate to be an asshole, but I can't stand when people torrent and ask for help for things related to their torrented stuff.
shoulda had a v8
If you want something that is free use ubuntu. Torrenting Windows just leads to a shitload of problems in the future anyways.
*I THINK* You will have to somehow convert the partion of your USB from FAT32/NTFS to GPT. I believe it is something to do with the way Windows partions disks. It does this using GPT rather than the MBR.
*Edit Again*
After looking closer at your post, the flash drive is already GTP. I'd try wiping all partions from the Flash drive using Gparted, re-format it, and try again.
