5770 sapphire radeon driver (I'm sorry to do this)

Well my display has been acting funky and it says that the driver keeps crashing. I have this card

DO NOT use 10.6 drivers. Everyone agrees that 10.4 or below is still the best. They really fucked up 10.6.

I also have a 5770. If you installed 10.6 like I did, simply go to add/remove programs and remove ATI catalyst centre. Use 10.4 instead.

It sucks that the only way I can play Alien Swarm is if I use 10.6 drivers.

What's wrong with the 10.6 drivers? I'm using it and everything's working flawlessly? :raise:

(It also solved the problem I had with the mouse cursor randomly becoming enormous).

I've got an XFX 5770, by the way.
