It's my birthday soon yet I don't know what I would want. Any suggestions? (Turning 16) - General

I tried Googling for ideas but I came up with shit like dry erase wall stickers. I was thinking about just a video game until my parents told me they were thinking about a TV. They're willing to spend up to $300. The immediate choices running through my head are- • TV. I almost never watch any TV anymore, however, so it would probably become my new monitor. In that case, I'd need to find one that offers good picture and a good PC resolution before they end up buying one that's terrible in both. • Computer upgrades. My computer now can run Arkham Asylum on high but struggles with Crysis 2. I had upgraded it in the past but I couldn't upgrade my stock PSU, forcing me to get a lower end card than I had wanted. Now I can do a full PSU and GPU upgrade but I don't know if it'd be worth the money. • 3DS. The only problem is that I don't like how shitty the battery is. I'll probably just wait until the lite version comes out and the price is lowered. I'm especially open to cheap suggestions, because I don't want to ask for something right at $300 or more. My parents are being very generous and I'm trying to be at least a little modest.
