Cannot boot normally without bluescreen immediately after logging in.

So I come home today, log in, and next thing I know I'm staring at a bluescreen. The only thing that's changed recently with my computer is I had to swap out monitors a few days ago, due to the power supply starting to fail on my old one. I am able to launch in Safe Mode with and without Networking enabled, no bluescreens or any errors at all, but the instant I log in normally my screen turns blue. I'm at a loss as to what to do.
Error report I get upon logging in with Safe Mode:

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to take care of this?
Try re-seating the graphics card remove all non-essential components from motherboard like tv-cards optic drives non-os hdd's etc and try again to log-in. Even try secondary Dvi output to monitor.
If it still fails try to look for a conflict in the dmp file or update graphics drivers
To look in the BSOD dump
Run (WinKey+R) drwtsn32.exe <enter>
Click on the application error then select view.
The startup repair found no problems, Windows could not find drwtsn32.exe, and I discovered that I'm only having this problem on one user. However, that is my main user and most of my programs and files are on that user only. Still need a solution please.
