• StyleSelector for Vista doesn't work

Hi, I wanted to install the NV2 Final theme which you can find here. I saw you needed this StyleSelector program for it, so I downloaded it here. My directories now look like this: But instead of popping up with the screen on the screenshot simply nothing happens. I thought it had something to do with compatibility, so I set it to Windows NT 4.0 but then it said I needed Windows Vista 32 bit, so I turned that off again. What could be the problem?
Aren't visual styles meant to go into a specific folder? I know there's the themes folder in XP but I'd assume it was the same in Vista.

You can call to the system to load a theme in any folder. You should see how fast it loads without the control panel. (Instantly.) You have to do it via a program such as PsycoB's StyleSelector or Ave's VistaStyler.
Did you patch utxtheme.dll? Also, the programs seem to have problems with altering the dll, I had to do some weird process to allow me to have full control over the theme file to correctly patch it.
i noticed that the link above is broken. if anyone needs the program, pm me.
