What happened is all buttons and words on the iPhone have a certain string (of words) attached to the raw function. They are stored in a plist. They change for each language. What happened is it glitched up, couldn't find the plist, and when you reset the language it worked again as it would the right files.
Why do you have the screenshot so big? It's not like it's an iPhone 4.
I used the Craigsupload app, which for some strange reason enlarges the image.
