I picked up an EnV Touch back in November, and I have had so many problems with the phone.
I'm on my third EnV Touch and the internal screen is dead. The last phone couldn't boot up, and the phone previous had horrible connection problems. I'm so sick of going to the Verizon store and have to wait in line for a new EnV Touch. The phone has a horrible battery life, and it's touch screen is absolute shit.
My question is, could I bring the phone back again like I have been doing, and instead of getting another EnV Touch, ask for a different model phone?
Why did you get that gimmick phone in the first place?
That doesn't answer my question, but long story short: I was stupid. I use to really like LG, I had a VX8300 which was fucking awesome, but I accidentally left it at a DQ and some Hispanic kid took it and used it before I got the EnV and was getting texts and phone calls from Mexico.
Anyway, could someone please answer my question?
It can't hurt to ask. I doubt they will be like "No", take your phone and not give you a new one.
Just Tell them "I have had to many problems with this model and would like [Insert desired here] and I am willing to pay the difference". If there nice (some are) they will give it you and possibly not even charge you anything. However they can say No and give you a new Touch. Just be nice. Also if you haven't already look at the droid. Maybe even ask them which model they would recommend if they say yes. They are people like you and me.

This is a good solution, if the clerk won't ask for the manager.
With my phone I was on a 3 strike thing, after 3 bad phones I got a new model.
I have one, only problem was the battery, which they replaced for free.
