I'm more confused about PCgamesn being surprised at someone doing it with a mouse and keyboard? Is the control scheme bad? Because I imagine using that is a lot easier than a blood controller.

Since I don't play Metal Gear Solid V, my understanding is that he also threw a smoke grenade in the jeep, allowing him to be undetected even out in the open when he gets out of the smokescreens on the ground.
