Everybody has experienced it, after looking at the computer screen too long or just not getting enough sleep, its that painful burning/stinging feeling you get in your eyes. What do you do to ease the pain/remove it completely? And don't say sleep, this thread is assuming that for some reason or another, your unable. I personally take cold drinks glasses and press them agenst my eyes, it stops the pain for a few minutes and feels amazing. Not looking at screens too much. There was an article that the muscles of the eyes or something were too frustrated. You have to look at something that's atleast 10 meters away for 30 seconds every 20 min to avoid this. Also, get enough sleep. 10 hours a day should be fine.
Squeeze your eyelids shut really tight until the stinging goes away.

Put down the brightness of your laptop, and go wash your face.
