How about they fix the app for their phone operating systems
Seriously, it's terrible. Worse than the Android one.

Yeah I thought it was making the battery usage worse at first
Skype rapes my laptop, especially during video calls. Probably because it's using the GPU, which I doubt is necessary
I have noticed that Skype has gotten significantly more terrible since Microsoft bought it. Ads, they for some reason moved the volume button to the options menu, and it uses up an insane amount of memory sometimes.
Speaking of which anyone know a good alternative for Skype, for just calling a group of friends?

They also snuck skype updates into the 'important updates' category of windows update.
I still use skype 4 because it's less terrible and let me tell you it was annoying as fuck until I figured out what was happening

Satire is supposed to be obvious, that is not obvious in the slightest.
I remember when Skype was good.
In these days, it hogs cpu, video chat blocks every other minute and skype has a habit of killing my internet connection (requiring a disable/enable of the network adapter).
It were good times though when me and my friends discovered Skype years ago, ordering a pizza on another continent and all that :v:.
