Great specs, but the real question is how much they'd be planning to charge for it. Even if you purchased all those parts separately and built the computer yourself, it would be prohibitively expensive.

Hopefully it won't be much more expensive than a decent gaming PC but with Titans I'm a little worried it will go over $1000 which will be a massive turnoff for most people.

I doubt many of them would have a GPU as expensive as a Titan in it.
