What do you think can be changed?
Notes:
-Don't want to overclock
-I need a new monitor, but I'm not including the price in the budget
Doesn't look like that case has good airflow honestly. I would get the Haf 922 for this price, though I guess it depends on taste. For what you're using I would at least install more fans.

And just about everything else looks good?
I would get the EVO instead of the M500
The Fractal R4 is pretty much the premier case at it's price point in terms of features, cooling, and noise dampening. It's lately been a bit outclassed by the Rosewill Thor, but I like the look far more. I would suggest it wholeheartedly. That being said, if you aren't ordering for another couple weeks, I'd look into the Corsair 450D that is coming out soon. It's a touch more, but looks fantastic.

A correction I should make, it's been outclassed in the sense that the general price has been $120, versus it's previous $100. Getting it for $100 is an excellent choice.

To Lilyo- While the HAF 912/922 are excellent cases, they are very old cases. They lack a lot of the features that newer models have at the same price.
I guess I just don't really like cases with a front cover and no side vent. And usually when you read reviews people talk about stuff like design and features, when I think airflow should be the #1 priority. Either way I guess cases are just a matter of preference, I like CM as a brand apparently.
It has a side vent. 2x 120's for the front, 2x 120's for the top, 1x 120 for the rear, and an air duct for the side. And every inch inside that isn't a fan port has a layer of sound-dampening foam.

Honestly once you hit the top 5 cases in your budget, it's all about looks. I'm struggling with that right now.
The Antec P280 is a superb case for cooling. I get 20 degrees idle on air.
I just built a computer with the white version of the Fractal r4 and I am very happy with it, I haven't had time to do much gaming with it yet, but it is very quite and gives lots of options for air flow. There is a fan in the front bottom, and a fan in the back top. Then on top of the case are two openings which come with noise proofing over them, but can be opened up for more fans. It is a great case.
If I was to say anything about your build I would question why you were getting 2 780s. Seems like a waste of money to me, my build ended up being 2100 with shipping and peripherals, so its similar, and instead of getting 2 video cards, I spread the money out, got a good video card, but I also got top class processor and motherboard.
This is a pretty unbalanced build±
1:I would get a single 780 and get another later if you need it. You wont gain anything from 2 780's at this point.
2:With that money get 16GB ram.
3:And a Samsung 840 EVO 256GB SSD
4:Also you should get the 4670K. Your motherboard allows overclocking and its a massive waste to not be able to overclock. Especially if you want to use dual 780's in the future.

Also I would get a Corsair or Seasonic PSU, but that Antec is also pretty good. So dont worry about that too much.
