• Zombie Apocalypse?

What do you think would cause a zombie apocalypse (unknown disease, government experiment, etc...) how it could/would be controlled and if it gets out of control what would happen. What would you do in this situation where would you be and what would you have maybe who would you have and why you have what you have and why your where you are.
That's one clusterfuck of a post I'd probably be at home, or at school. If I'm at home I'll obviously be with my family, and at school with schoolmates. In both cases I'd probably die pretty soon, because I have no fighting/survival skills. I'd sure as hell try to get out of the city though, maybe to the countryside.
"Realistically" it would have to be a man-made rage virus of sorts. If it was anywhere near the 28 Days/Weeks later idea of zombies, it would suck majorly because getting infected can happen very easily when it's passed on by body fluids: even the slightest puff of blood on your face and you're fucked. (The rage-virus zombies also starve to death.) AND then there's the Walking Dead idea of zombies, which is the "mysterious" reanimation of a deceased person's brain. This leaves essentially a rotting corpse with a simple-mind for fresh meat anywhere near their vicinity. (They also carry a shit ton of bugs, disease and maggots inside them, and they will eventually rot away if left idle in the woods for example.) Which style of zombies would I prefer? Walking Dead probably. What would I do if the apocalypse was fully blown out by tomorrow? I would most likely die.
we all secretly want one
we all secretly want one
Well, those who even know what "zombies" are. [editline]7th June 2014[/editline] Hell, my love for zombies come from the general love for DISASTER films. (I liked War of the Worlds, but in a way I also didn't.)
Oh, gosh. Zombies are my thing. I have a really strong obsession with them and yes, I secretly want an apocalypse even though I know I probably won't last too long. But, I'd probably be home when it starts. And I think it should start like Walking Dead zombies, slow, stupid, but real mean. Thankfully, there's a gunstore not even a mile away so I could head there as soon as I could and hunker down OR grab what I can and drive as fast as possible towards nothing and attempt to survive it out in the boonies. And is it me or is the best part in zombie movies when shit starts to hit the fan? Like when people are rolling into the hospital sick and shit and they all turn and start eating each other and people are screaming... Or like in the middle of the road cars are crashing and people are running and screaming for help and everything is in chaos. That's always been my most favorite part. Only reason I hated about Walking Dead was because it didn't start off like that.
