• Bass Booster Program?

Heres the deal, I have a set of studio monitors and a 175w studio sub cuz i'm pretty into dubstep production. These produce exactly what frequencies are coming out of my computer, which is excellent for producing, but the sub lacks oomph in games. Is there some sort of equalizer/bass booster program that I can run as a process for my whole computer and turn on and off easily? thanks
Try control panel -> Sound -> Speaker properties -> Tone.
Try control panel -> Sound -> Speaker properties -> Tone.
no go, I'm using a firewire audio interface as well so that eliminates that options due to the different drivers, I'd also not have to troll around with my control panel every time I want to play a game.
fuck me, i googled for far too long and came up with nothing, I find it hard to believe that this program doesnt exist, does anyone have any suggestion whatsoever?
Most subs allow you to increase it on the sub it self. crank it up on the sub.
monitor sub =/= most subs no bass response unfortunately, that would defeat the whole purpose really
I don't really see a way out here. If the drivers own control panel doesn't have an equalizer you are fuckedzors.
