• Water Cooling vs. Heatsink/fan vs. Pipe heatsink system?

Hey all yall FP users, Im currently building a new desktop and I am in the process of buying a cooling sysyetm. I have my eyes set on a watercooling system from ThermalTake, its abit pricey but from what I hear its pretty good at keeping a good CPU/GPU temp. Is a WC system better than a stock HS/Fan, or should I stay with what Im looking at?
Assuming the case has reasonably good airflow then there's no need to waste money on watercooling or third-party cooling products if you have no intention of overclocking.
Do NOT buy any ThermalTake LCS products! They tends to have a high failure/leakage rate
If you are not going to spend money on good quality water cooling parts, go for normal air cooling.
The best thing you can do for water cooling that isn't overly expensive is this. Don't really need any other LC'ing other than that. But AC works fine too.
If you're gonna choose air cooling check this out. Best air cooling i can recommend if you're going to overclock at all.
A water cooling system is the best way to cool a desktop, however they call for a lot of maintenance, a friend had one and he had to constantly work on it to keep it running, and keep the water clean. I would personally go with fans and heat sinks bc you can get a cases with plenty of places for fans.
