I don't really see the problem. Not having the option to pay for additional content doesn't change the product you purchased.
The devs are handling it pretty poorly, they're comparing getting DLC onto GOG like getting a rover on mars, it's making me think steam offered them a bonus for DLC exclusivity, or they're worried about piracy.

They're not saying they're similar, they just used it in an "anything is possible" sort of way.
This whole thing is a bunch of negative overreactions to nothing.

It won't receive any latest updates. This is rather a problem.

All I can see is that it won't receive any DLC; have they stated they will not be updating the game in any way on GOG?

Being compatible with future content seems like a reasonable expectation to have when buying a game. Are people supposed to buy the game again to experience the DLC just because they happened to get it from the wrong store the first time?

I want a lawsuit.
I'm still not sold that it's a valid reason for a refund. You're not demanding a refund for, say, Half-Life 1 just because the developers stopped updating it.
When you buy a game, you buy the game as-is. If the game is broken, you can refund it, sure, but if you're just upset that you won't be receiving future updates -- even if the game itself is fully functional for you and has everything you were promised when you purchased it -- you shouldn't be entitled to a refund.

I'm not refunding HL1 because Valve themselves only sell it on Steam, and if you bought the old version you can get it for free on Steam using your CD key and keep the game updated. You also aren't barred from OpFor and Blue Shift if you don't have it on Steam.
With Armello the game is still being updated, but only on Steam, and your only option for updating is to buy the game again if you got it the first time on GOG.

I mean, if you're promised when you buy the game "You will receive all updates this game receives across all distribution channels", I can understand being upset that you're not receiving updates... but if you were never promised that, and the game still works as you bought it, I don't see a valid demand for a refund there.
I think it's good that GoG is offering one; I just don't think it should be expected.

You think service disparity is legitimately a good idea?
Get out...

There's a difference between a "good idea" and something you're entitled to as a customer.

Here buy this TV from the Superstore X. This TV will be able to play movies in 4K in an upcoming patch for a cheap 4k solution! Oh whats this, X also has a bug that makes it only work for 720p! But we don't care about people from Superstore X so, sorry if you threw away your money buying this from store X because we only support store Y! We won't update Store X's TVs because you know raisins!
Not everyone has an income (or the idiocy) that lets them rebuy games for every store platform because you're being restricted from another you bought it from.
I think customers are entitled to getting the same support (whether its patches or DLC) for the game they bought regardless of where they bought it from, unless they were clearly warned this wouldn't be the case.
Looks like the Armello devs were already screwing over gog users from day one with regards to multiplayer so fuck them really.
