To keep a long story short:
If someone walks up to me and offers me weed and I say yes and he turns out to be a cop can he arrest me? What if I am the one that comes up to some dealer and he turns out to be a cop can he arrest me? If movies are right then I can only be arrested during #2 yes?
I'm using the Entrapment word right yes? I learned it from from To Catch A Predator :)
Yes. If you simply say yes, you had the intention of purchasing the weed without him insisting upon you, so you are still doing illegal activity to your own accord.

A cop can ask you to do something illegal, and if you say yes, you are legally are allowed to be arrested. He in no way manipulated you to do so.
If I simply say yes? How do I say yes without saying yes?
How do I go about saying yes without it being illegal?
If you take the weed from him at all, and give him money, you are doing illegal activity. You will be arrested.
Is asking illegal?
Yes. Weed is illegal. If you ask him for it, he didn't manipulate you to take it. You would have anyhow. That's illegal etc.
That sucks. I'm trying to get this girl to go on a date with me but she won't go unless I bring a bag of weed. How do I get this girl to go out with me?
EDIT
Without getting arrested
Forgetting to mention that this person is from the Philippines, not the US.
The mere presentation of an opportunity or request by an officer that an individual commit a crime does not qualify as entrapment. An officer may engage a citizen in conversation and ask to buy an illegal substance, even if they have no reason to suspect the person of illegal activity. They may offer to sell an illegal substance and arrest the buyer after the sale.
They can go out of their way to help a person to commit a crime. What they can't do, is unduly persuade, threaten, coerce, or harass the person, such that a normally law-abiding citizen would participate in the unlawful action
If an undercover offers you weed and you say yes, that's not entrapment.

Why are people calling To Catch a Predator entrapment then? That's where I learned that word.

If a girl won't go out with you unless you get weed, that sounds really shitty.

Because they're never at fault for doing wrong things I guess.

Because people don't know the law. Most if not all of the stings in Predator, the Pedophile initiated the conversation with the 'minor' The Minor also asks if the Pedophile will bring something, like condoms or alcohol. If they do, it shows intent to commit the crime (As if driving across state to meet a minor after having a sexually explicit conversation isn't intent enough)

She's hot though but I'm afraid of getting caught by the police
She's hot though but I'm afraid of getting caught by the police
My advice: Go after someone else that isn't trying to use you to get weed.
She's hot though but I'm afraid of getting caught by the police
I would like to think that she's got a trash personality if she's not wanting to see you without weed.
Everything is so much clearer with cartoons they should use cartoons at schools.
EDIT
I like how after she explained Entrapment to the "victims" they were happy to stay in jail

They're breaking the law because they tried to meet up with the person.
It's only entrapment if the officer forces or manipulates you. If he simply asks you to do something illegal then it's not entrapment because you had a choice in the matter. Same goes with undercover drug busts. You can be arrested legally for buying from or selling to an undercover officer.
If she won't go with you unless you give her weed that's a pretty obvious sign that she's not worth going out with, no matter what the eye-candy is.
How old are you OP ?
