How do i fix it and if i try to publish to Youtube using Windows Live Movie Maker i get the error code 0x80004005

Try exporting the video to WMV and then upload that to Youtube, rather than publishing from the program itself which it appears you're doing.

Sounds like your PC have more than one profile and you're trying to save it to the wrong one.
Make sure you save it at your profile and maybe try running the program as administrator.
