dozens of unneeded and annoying files from my desktop (pictures, files videos leave behind when rendered, gifs, shortcuts etc.)

Call of Duty 4
Reccetear
Spiral knights
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction
The entire Franken Fran series
Half Life Opposing Force

Now that I have my xbox and everything I don't need %99 of the games I have installed through steam. I also dont need 50gb of uncompressed xfire videos. I forgot a while ago I copied all my movies from my computer to my external hard drive, I just never deleted the originals.

I have never defragged my computer before. Should a do it now? It's only a year old.

I just completely redid my computer yesterday, I only had 45 gigs left on a 1000 gig computer. I just reinstalled the games I actually play and the steam games I don't play.
