This game doing any good or better now that it's switched to buy to play?
This game doing any good or better now that it's switched to buy to play?
People said it's improved since beta but when I played during the free weekend a few months ago it was still shit.
This game doing any good or better now that it's switched to buy to play?
I got the game a few months ago and have been enjoying it so far. Though I think it might be better to wait for sale, but that's mainly because I rarely ever buy games at full price.
It's a nice gesture, even if it is some kind of ploy.
I don't know about this free money ruse, but the game is good. It's fun to adventure around. It feels like I'm making a difference in the world of an mmo, which is nice. It tracks quests and tells you like "you saved this town from this threat go you" and such. I also get excited when I pick the lock on a chest correctly and get some nifty loot. It's not perfect, but I bought it for 25 dollars and it's fun. I think what turns me off the most is the constant lurking threat of the crown store.... but we've all played an EA/Ubisoft game before so what's the difference really.
This game doing any good or better now that it's switched to buy to play?
If you can get it for $30 or under, it's brilliant. A lot better than Beta. I got it for $13 during a sale and it's been the best value per dollar spent for me this year as far as games go I do recommend grabbing some mods like a Mini map, better quest tracking/inventory management mod, and a couple misc information type of mods that suit you. The Minimalist UI isn't great and it's nice to just say Fuck off, MMO's have all this stuff for a reason in their UI, I want it here, too.
what a horrible incentive to play
Can't wait to hear how Beth Esda or some other totally real not made up and not a pseudonym of an Bethesda employee is the big winner.

Friend bought me this game a couple months ago, never had enough time to dive into it. But I guess I can give it a shot again.
