So I have been asked to build a Media Center Computer with the budget of £500, that includes the desktop mouse, keyboard and Windows 7 along with the PC
What it has to have:

Wireless

Decent Sized hardrive to fit lots of videos/photos on

Run through HDMI so that includes the Video and the Audio passing through the HDMI port

Small Form Factor - Needs to sit next to DVD players on a TV shelf

Quiet

Windows 7 as the operating system

(Not necessary)I know its a big thing to ask but if it could be a good hackintosh with not a lot of configuration and messing about that would be a huge bonus.
I will come up with some build Ideas tommorow and post them here
Im thinking a Mini-ITX Atom Build as they have the hdmi/mini itx/wireless antennae all on the motherboard, I have a 160GB 2.5" hard drive that can be used if the case only supports that.
Thanks
the asus eeebox's look pretty good for what you need it for.
Is there anything that can be built in that budget, they want a decent spec PC to last them, not a single core with 1gb ram and XP.
I known this'll be an unpopular comment but for £500 pounds you could easily get a prebuilt with win7 and a mini case. In fact novatech may still be having their clearance sale. You could pick something up from there for £350 and buy a new GPU and another hard disk

That would be a good idea but they dont have room for a mAtx Tower, thats why im trying to find a Mini-Itx system
Ah okay
