I don't know what a TPM is but Bitlocker won't encrypt my stuff until i have one
What do i do to get one?
TPM is basically a controller and an EEPROM integrated into the motherboard, therefore you cannot simply "get it". Google "Bitlock without TPM" and there would be tutorials on how to use a flash drive to emulate TPM instead.
That helped thank you

Wait so i need a USB Drive?
Yea, and it needs to be plugged in 24/7.
The flash drive will basically become a key to your computer. Just get a very one, such as a 16MB obsolete flash drive
Is it possible to use a iPhone or something like that?
Sure, if you don't mind plugging it in your PC 24/7 without ever unplugging it, and using a $700 device for a $10 job.
Ok ill just use this 2GB drive i never used that i got from the sims 3

Yes. If it's not plugged in, your PC is "locked", because the encryption key is stored on the USB drive.
Also: What do you want to encrypt? Just single files or a full partition? You may also take a look at TrueCrypt which is a bit more powerfull (For example: Password for encryption rather than a USB-Plug or TPM which everyone could "plug in").
just the whole thing just in case something random happens
What do you mean by "something random happens"?
If you want to secure your data against any adversary then BitLocker is not a good choice. As said before: Any person with access to this USB Stick will be able to boot up your system.
Other encryption programs (Such as TrueCrypt, Safeguard Easy, PGP WDE) allow encrypting your drive or single partitions. In order to get to the data, you need to enter a password everytime you start the PC and before Windows boots.
I once used Safeguard Easy (only works win with Windows 200 and XP), which is easy to handle but expensive. Then I switched to the open source alternative TrueCrypt which is not that easy to handle but really reliable and also powerfull and fast at the same time.
