It's probably just another "batch-virus". That shit can mess your comp up. I don't think it did anything anyway if the window was only open for 2 secs. Windows probably blocked it or something.

I was looking at the vid and didnt see anything suspicious.Also,I did a simple batch file that just says hi and it did the same thing.
Run it by typing it's filename into an existing command prompt window. That way you can see what (if any) it prints on the screen. Also, its not a virus as far as I can tell by reading it.
To get a command prompt window, open the start menu, type "cmd" without the quotes, and hit enter.
You'll have to CD to the directory you stored the batch in, though.
add
"pause" without the quotations obviously,on its own line, to the the end of your commands.
