Driver San Francisco GreenmanGaming Uplay problem (wants to download AGAIN)

Ok so I used the GMG Capsule to download the game and now when I try to launch the game Uplay opens and says it is not installed and needs to be downloaded. Fuck ubisoft, seriously.
Anyone experienced the same?
