Are these specs good for gaming? (Cheap Gaming PC)

I've been wanting to build a PC for quite a long time, so I finally picked some specs. I'm fine with playing games from medium-low settings, I just wanna get it to play. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/1nUdf
What do you guys think? Are the specs good?
If you are fine with those settings as you say, then yes it will play them at a somewhat low framerate. Don't expect anything special though. Also if you plan on running a good bit of background programs I suggest getting 6-8 GB of RAM.
Of course the real question is what resolution are you playing at. That impacts performance more than any other setting, and I tolerated ~20 FPS on some games just to play at 1080p on my old laptop.
My monitor resolution is 1920 x 1080, but i'll be planning to play at much less. I'm not sure which one, though.
For about 30ish dollars more you can buy a HD 7770. The 7770 can still max almost every game.
Just noticed the powersupply. For the 7770 that would definatley need to be upgraded.
Well if you want to keep Phenom 2 x4 965BE and Radeon HD 6670 then why you not go and buy a A10 6800k and two 4gb 2100mhz sticks? Lower power consumption with better CPU performance.
