Temp1/2 and Core 0/1 would appear to be your CPU temps (and least that's the only way I can fit this together), and as such I would say that your CPU is overheating. Check that the cooler is seated properly, and that the heatsink isn't clogged with dust. Alternatively, get either a totally new cooler, or buy some thermal compound (like some Artic silver), clean the heatsink and CPU, then apply about a big rice grain of it on top of the CPU. Your GPU temps are totally fine.

Thanks, I'm going to PM the moderator.
I will dust the PC and check the heatsink and reply with results.
Now, don't take the heatsink off - that'll fuck up the thermal compound. Just make sure that it sits tight.
