At the end of this month I am completely upgrading my computer besides a few things that don't need any change.

Video Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125295

So Facepunch is this a good, new build? Take note that I am on a kind of tight budget.
no
Not really, :smug:
Go with AMD. You can get an Athlon II x3 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103724).
Go ahead and choose any MOBO for $50.
As for GPU, get an HD5670. Unrivaled performance for its power and price.
no, bad cpu and gpu.
I have a Pentium Dual Core E6300 and it isn't that great. I got my PC for free so I'm not complaining.

the hell you smoking, the 5670 blows
It's the best card that doesn't use over 75 watts of power, which, according to his GPU choice, is what he needs.

What is your power supply unit, and budget?
The 5670 is a OK card, but you can do better.. Give us a budget. Cause' "Tight budget" can mean everything 50$ to 500$, depending on what you want... The AMD triple core looks good, and AMD rules the budget CPU's, so don't get a intel, that's a waste of money.
