CS 1.6 problem.

Im having a problem with my CS 1.6
Its a weird problem where im not lagging, but when i shoot, my gun animations seem to lag when i stop firing, like my rates are low, even though my rates are fine :l
Any help?

If your on a Nvidia card try disabling the Vsync in the Nvidia panel

I got rid of the vsync problem a long time ago, that was what made my mouse move slow and not stop like it was on ice. its not that, its like i have a high ping or low rates, when my ping and rates are fine.
