You should see when I wear cargo pants plus a jacket, and vest when I'm at work. I'm probably carrying at least 3 or 4 times what I have in that list. Plus my duty belt, cuffs, sidearm, etc. I probably have at least 20 pounds of extra weight in pockets and on my belt while on duty.
