They didn't even try to make ersatz versions of the actual movie characters.
I still don't know why it needed to be called Reservoir Dogs. They could have saved money by not acquiring the license for the movie and spent it on content or polish.

Most likely they got the license before making the actual game.
Making a shoot-'em-up of Reservoir Dogs misses the point of the movie in so many ways.
First off: The point of the crew was that they were all strangers, no connections.
Second: The movie never showed the heist, only alluded to it, and was so much better for it.
Third: The whole reason the heist went bad was because Mr. Blonde killed everyone. It wasn't supposed to be violent.
Fourth: Mr. Brown and Mr. Blue die very early on. Mr. Orange spends the film bleeding out, and is then revealed to be a cop.
Fifth: Mr. Pink looks like Shaggy, yet he was the most professional one in the movie.
