Since I just ordered my pc parts I decided to buy a new monitor (my old one is way too small). Since I don't want to bother with shipping and what not I would like it if you guys could suggest which one that are available in stores. My budget is $200 it's going to be used for gaming and I would like it to have 1900x1080 resolution.
1920*x1080
You mean.
I'm also looking for a new monitor.
are White-backlight LED screens worth it?
i'm looking for a fairly-priced widescreen (~22 inch) monitor
Del U2211H. The only screen worth getting for $200 at 22" 1080p.
Here you go. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236052
Has the most reviews, 5 eggs, $190 and 1080p. I personally have this monitor and I can tell you it is not even worth $190, more like $250. Awesome monitor.

When I switched from my old monitor, the contrast and color difference was huge
I'm also looking for a new monitor. Looked at the Samsung 2233RZ, the PX2370 ( heard bad about it though ) and the LG W2486L.
So, Facepunch. Which one?
1920x1080 is a must.
LED would be nice, LCD is okay though.
Going to use it for fps gaming, console, and watching movies.
I really hate it when people have the viewpoint of "if it works for me, then it is the best."

I don't think I need to explain why this is the best for your budget.

Dell has been playing around with the pricing of that monitor and its big brother, and right now the U2211H is sitting at $280, so that's not really in his budget (anymore).
