It's not Apple's fault...Australia operates on a different "4G" system than what is widely accepted as standard. Apple shouldn't have to modify their product because a country feels like it needs to ~rebel~

It is Apple's fault.
They need to be fully aware of a country's rules and regulations before they market a product there.
