So recently I've tried a few new games, namely the DNF demo and Transformers: War for Cybertron, and I've noticed, well it's a bit hard not to, some really intense visual artifacting, and I can't for the life of me figure out the cause.

Specs are:
CPU: i7 950
GPU: HIS HD6950(previously flashed to 6970 bios, now flashed back to its original bios. All the screens are with the original bios)
RAM: 6GB Triple-Channel Corsair XMS
PSU: Antec Earthwatts 750W
Any help with figureing out the cause would be greatly appreciated
EDIT: How awkward, I tried turning off Catalyst A.I. which i thought had been turned off and that fixed it.
