Pc acting weird w/graphics card driver crashing then going to black screen...

I've been playing warframe and my game has been crashing not frequently, no blue screen's but it seems to go all blocky or warped lines on the screen and then i had to reboot it an it was fine but this last time the game went all weird looking and had fuzzy lines on the screen in weird spots. So far the PC is acting fine now but im not sure how long till it does it again and the driver goes to crap an black screen.
The pc is running and that, it shows the loading blue light on it flickering when it does stuff an it doesnt seem to be doing too much other than that. So I'm not either or not it was the graphics card or the psu or something else. Waiting on some opinons.
Oh when it crashed and froze ingame on Warframe. The game went all S or z on the screen and it was green, but not the whole screen just those S's or Z's.
I haven't updated the graphics card sense julyish last year, I haven't done a sound driver update cus there never is any because its a onboard. :P

what are your temps?

Normally its like 55-65c an during WarFrame its usually 70-79C for the GPU's.
CPU usually runs around 42-47C normally an during warframe.
motherboard runs 30-32c during warframe an not warframe.
I check temps like a addict so i make sure what game runs what.

Giving this a bump...
Installed new drivers after my Nvidia OpenGL crashed an I couldnt boot into windows without a blue screen (Even though I couldn't see it.)
I got my pc working but not sure if it could still be the card messing up. The new Driver's are set but I had to do a re-evaluation on my pc score via the experience windows thing. Driver crashed 2 times during the evaluation.

One more bump of good will.
I got a GTX 760 an Installed it an all the problems stopped. The card was going back an Im shipping it for RMA later this week.
