My audio devices keeps making disconect/reconect sounds

I'm having a very annoying problem, windows keeps playing the device connected / device disconnected sounds at random, after some digging, i found that the audio drivers are to blame.
The setup i have is, there is my stereo speakers and my ATH-M50 headphones, speakers connected at the back, headphones at the front. Since my headphones don't have volume control, I setup the realtek manager to use both devices at the same time, each having the volume set (speakers at 100% cause this has volume control and my headphones at around 25%) so when I want to change between them, I just go to the realtek manager and press the button to set the device as default, This way I don't mess the volume and kill my ears on accident(ATH-M50 at 100% = LOUD NOISES).
The only problem is the random disconnect sounds, also when this happens, in the realtek manager shows something called "reloading devices" or something along those lines. But I have no problems like audio cutting out, just the “dundum” from windows.
Here's the event file from when this happends, they are all like this and there is around 2-3 per time

I tried downloading the latest drivers from realtek to no avail
I've had this happen before and joking aside have you tried restarting with your PC with your audio device unplugged/plugged securely in? That's what fixed it at least for me.

they are all plugged well, after all, the point of my setup is to avoid the wearing my headphone connector by plugging and unplugging all the time.
Can't be cable related, i can't reproduce the problem by messing w/ the wires
Maybe it's a power saving setting or whatever.
If you can live without the sound you can remove the sounds for events in "personalisation/sounds" on win7

That's what I've been doing, it solves the symptoms but not the problem you know? I want to solve the problem
I've had this, turned out it was USB power saving settings. My audio interface was set to power saver mode in windows power settings, kept turning off and on.
