VirtualBox Arch Linux sometimes restarts physical machine

Sometimes, when I do a "shutdown -r now" on the Arch Linux machine (and also for no reason at all during boottime), my physical machine will reboot. There's nothing in the event logs, and there doesn't appear to be any kind of problem when it boots again. It's not a BSOD, because there's no MEMORY.DMP in system32 and there's no actual BSOD (I have it set to show me the BSOD instead of restart)
Host: Windows 7 32-bit (on 64-bit Core i7-620M)
Guest: Arch Linux (64-bit)
What could be causing this? I assume it has something to do with the Hardware assisted virtualization, but I don't know. Any help?
What version of Virtualbox are using? They just fixed a crash bug that sounds like that in Version 3.2.12
Yeah, I need to update it, but I'm currently installing GNOME, so I'll wait until that's done.
Also, using the 32-bit netinstall seems to have solved the problem.
Thanks!
