They've gotten shit about their location tracking before, no big deal. Doesn't it allow you to say no to being monitored when you first set up iOS5 where you get to "Diagnostics & Usage"?
Just because you say no doesn't mean they won track you anyway. That's part of what this lawsuit is about, bein tracked without giving apple permission to do so.
