Well at least we're going to get something along those lines now.
Awesome, that game looked great.
343 is a master at making their models look like plastic, this is a great fit.
Considering how they've been handling the Halo IP, I wouldn't even trust them making a good megabloks game.
343 is a master at making their models look like plastic, this is a great fit.
I feel like Halo 3 had the most "toy-like" character models. But it looked good though.
Just let Halo die. The story ended at 3. Make Multiplayer games, but just stop with the horrendous writing.
343 does the MP really well. The SP is really uninspired
Just let Halo die. The story ended at 3. Make Multiplayer games, but just stop with the horrendous writing.
you seriously think a game like this would be heavy in the story department? or did you just see the words " 343 halo game" in the title and nothing else?
you seriously think a game like this would be heavy in the story department? or did you just see the words " 343 halo game" in the title and nothing else?
This isn't entirely what I meant. I think that Halo's best strengths have always been within its narrative. The multiplayer, while it serves to be really entertaining, isn't what makes a Halo game. It's always been about the universe and the atmosphere. What I'm saying is, even though this is definitely not a Halo installment for the main chronology, it's still just fluff. There just didn't seem to be any substance to the leaked Mega Blocks gameplay other than the original sound effects and the same setting. If you remove the gameplay, remove the narrative strengths, and have it developed under (I presume) the company that made some pretty harsh choices for the series, I don't think I'd like to see it at all.
Do you consider LEGO games main-series titles as well or
I don't consider the LEGO games main-series titles at all. I think they're also pretty trashy. Trendy, but low quality. That's my point. Why continue to make terrible games for Halo even if it's in a different genre? Though, I'm only basing this off of what I saw in that leaked/early build of that mega blocks game. I could be wrong.
Bro if you remove the gameplay and narrative strengths of any game, they'll too be shit.
A Halo megabloks game is a terrible idea and would just weaken the brand
A Halo megabloks game is a terrible idea and would just weaken the brand
A Star Wars Lego game would be terrible idea and weaken the brand
A Star Wars Lego game would be terrible idea and weaken the brand
They're pretty bad.
They're pretty bad.
Not really.
A Star Wars Lego game would be terrible idea and weaken the brand
This would make sense if the Prequels and old EU didn't exist
