I'm going to be building a watercooling setup soon, and I wanna hear your thoughts on the parts.
Im either getting a 2500k or a 2600k, depending on how much extra I have after the water cooling parts.
I was looking at a few mother boards:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131702 - Asus sabertooth
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157229 - Asrock P67 EXTREME4
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130574 - MSI P67A-GD65
I'm leaning towards the asus, any others that I should look into?
I have 2x4gb of g.skill ripjaws ddr3-1600, I'm probably gonna reuse and get 4gb more.
The gpu I'm gonna get is the 6970, one for now, possibly another later on.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102915&cm_re=6970-_-14-102-915-_-Product - SAPPHIRE 2gb 6970
The case I'm looking at is the corsair 800d, either that or a similar Lian li.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139001&Tpk=corsair%20800d
I've always trusted corsair power supplies, so I'm going with the HX850.

I'm gonna salvage my wd black 500gb, but I want a ssd, and I'm not sure which to get, but this looked good.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148357 - Crucial RealSSD 64gb
So far it's $1,427.44 with the 2600k.
Water cooling I'm not too sure about, but I was looking into a good kit or something similar, and I saw this.
http://www.xoxide.com/swiftech-apex-ultima-plus.html
Which brings the total to about 1777.43 without any promo codes or combo deals.
Any thoughts?
I'd go for MSI for the motherboard. As for the RAM, you'll be fine, don't buy more. I'm not quite sure about the video card. I'd get the 700D instead of the 800D. PSU will probably be fine for one 6970. If I were you I'd get a Corsair Force SSD.
Also I'd get a 2500k instead of a 2600k.
If you're getting a SSD - go Z68 instead of P67. It's also advisable to stay away from Asrock at that priec range, it's good for people on a budget but you want to go Asus, Gigabyte or MSI if it is near the same price.

And are you just going to watercool the CPU? Not going to buy a 6970 waterblock?

That kit comes with a universal GPU block, although a 240 radiator would struggle with both GPU and CPU.
Saying that I wouldn't buy a kit to be perfectly honest, and that one looks pretty average, I would go with something along the lines of this:

You have a better CPU block, bigger radiator (360 compared to 240) a better easier to use pump, better reservoir, Tygon tubing and a full cover block for the GPU which is always better than a universal block. OK it's an extra $30, and with things like a few more fittings etc you will be looking at $400 (although you could lower that a few $ by choosing copper blocks over nickel) but those kits never really work too great.

I will look into that, I just put a kit for a good base and to get a good look and what all this will cost me.

I would get the MSI in the OP, unless you want to go Z68.

I think 850w will be enough.

Do you mean the Rasa? because the EK HF is much better, and it's less restrictive.
