#RECEIVING - "Disconnected: Connection timed out"

I can't join in my server subscription (108.61.102.51:28036).

YOU CAN USE GOOGLE TRASLATOR FOR DISCUSSION IN MY GROUP FORUM, I USE EVER GOOGLE TRASLATOR FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE!

I need a comand to change the time out in loading, or the development implementaion for that, isn't only my problem; Facepunch Studios know that problem, and ignore that problem, and don't give to admins of servers one comand in admin console for change the time out, and... don't give a solution for solve the many disconnections in loading.

The game crash at #RECEIVING DATA, and return in game menù whit thath message in console (F1): "Disconnected: Connection timed out"

Please give me a reason immediatly, In 5days I can join in my subscription server 2times for only 5min! I have payed the game, I have payed the subscription of the server in GameServers.com (I chose thath for the server location, and from RUST official Wiki). Now, not only for me, the game isn't in development, is NOT WORKING!
