Highly recommended, but make sure you have a very high spec PC, the game is pretty badly optimized.
How to fix Cryostasis optimisation:
1. Play on medium, this turns off very complex shader and particle effects.
2. Ensure NVidia PhysX is off, this [i]kills[/i] performance.
I found that it wasn't too bad to run with those options.

I actually should play it again, I loved the game, but can't remember the ending.
Such a good game. Too bad it has so many performance problems.
