• BIOS not posting after LAN

Here's the rig: E6600 @3.0Ghz 2GB(2x1) DDR2 800Mhz ASUS P5W DH 8800GTS 320MB Anyways, so I unplugged everything and hauled my rig and stuff over to a LAN. I had previous set my VCore to auto, but when I got there, I found that my system was unstable. I upped the VCore to 1.375 for the time being, because I didn't want to deal with fine tuning it while I was there. I also had some issues with the keyboard not working, but I figured that my USB-PS2 convertor was to blame. All of these problems went away within the first 2 hours of the LAN, and all was well. When I hauled my rig back home and hooked everything up though, I got no POST. Seriously, nothing. The keyboard lights don't flash / come on, and I get nothing on the screen. Any suggestions to try? I've already pulled the RAM to see if I couldn't get it to at least post. And if my motherboard is totally shot, what LGA775-DDR2 motherboard do you suggest? Thanks in advance for any ingsight you guys can offer on the problem.
Check your GPU, and PSU. [editline]07:29PM[/editline] Oh and monitor.
Clear the CMOS
Already cleared the CMOS, and removing the GPU didn't help. I've got another PSU here in the house, but I'll need a little time before I can try swapping them. I'll update this thread as soon as I get the chance. Thanks for the help, guys.
When you say you start it, the machine runs with fans and HD is spinning correct? and keeps going? Something went wrong, try the whole machine out of the case with a different PSU, and only have one ram stick in the A1 ram slot (sometimes it's never the very first one nearest to the CPU), have it connected to the monitor, see where that goes [editline]02:15PM[/editline] While doing that inspect your mobo and ram for damage (or irregular discolor on the ram sticks, it's tricky to point out) or a weird smell
