I will be buying a 7" Screen
for the ps2 so all I am asking about is the outlet (yes I have an adapter for Europe)
I live in Canada (we use the same outlets as the USA)

If you have an adapter it should work.
iirc the ps2 power brick is multiple-voltage.
Get a canadian PS2 Slim power supply (the Slim had an external power supply with a universal plug, so you can just swap them).
Remember region locking if none of your games work though.

This will probably be the biggest issue. The games you bought from Canada will work, but the ones from Europe won't.

IIRC, theres some disc for PS2 that you can use to play imports.
I know there was one for Gamecube called the Freeloader or something like that
whoops. Bad at reading.
You'll need an adapter and you'll also need a voltage converter as well. Europe is 220v and also has a different plug design. Usa and canada are both 110/120v.
230V and then you have still different outlets depending on the country. We in germany have another one then the people in italy, as an example.

SwapMagic.
In the worst cases, SwapMagic might also do miracles for you.
