$700 Build - Would this PSU be good?

So I'm finally getting a new comp after having this gigantic pile of shit for 2 years. I've been looking over Newegg for about 3 days making sure all these will go together, but I just wanted to ask FP, since this will be my first build ever. I'm sure there's lots of people smarter than me here.

I've never heard of Kingwin before, but if you can, go for an Antec, Corsair or Thermaltake in the same price range.

While that one does look nice, the GTX 260 requires at least a 500w with 36a on the 12v rail, which that doesn't have.

Trust me, the Thermaltake and Coolermaster are more than enough for a single GTX 260.

For your build, you really don't need 8 gigs of RAM, and you should save money and get a 4870 1GB for the graphics card instead.

Actually I just replaced the GTX 260 with a 4870.

OP, when are you buying this? Phenom II 955s are currently sold out on Newegg, but once they get back in stock, you could find a monster combo deal with a motherboard. If you don't want to wait, get a 940 Black Edition.

Thanks, but I think i'll take the combo that Sanchez posted. It brought the price down about $20 :V
