and I am looking for gaming laptops with Bulray and 9800 GT or higher under $2000

besides NCIX and AlineWare where else should I look ?

I'd recommend a desktop for gaming as you can squeeze so much performance out of one for $2000. Unless you plan on traveling or just like to have something that you can bring with you go for a desktop.

Agreed, some friend of mine purchased a $2200 laptop that can be barley stable at ~25 fps on crysis on max. 1 hour battery life and he bought it for the convenience of portability. Pfff

The healthcare in Canada is free, but it sucks, so if you get sick you'll die anyway.

That's what my uncle who lived in Canada said, he had an car accident and his leg got smashed, he went over to Holland to get surgery here.

Gaming laptops tends to have problems with overheating, so be sure to check the reviews before you buy one.

HP HDX 18t Premium series
base is at 1200. i got mine with like 550 hundred off because of different coupons and things that i found.
But it has served me great. I can play most games on it, although it has overheated. its 18 inches which is freaking huge.
