Pretty much, when I was playing CS:S, I clicked the little quit button to close the game, I was noticing my PC was running sort of sloppy. I look in my taskbar, and saw it was STILL open, but unplayable. I thought it was just a bug in the game. But when I tried closing SC2 on the otherhand, it still stayed open. It doesn't occur 100% of the time, but recently it's been happening pretty often.

Don't know how to stop that from happening, but you can just end the process in task manager.
Happens to me, end it in the process monitor.
I have that every once in a while with GMod. It wasn't using any more resources than it would idling, which still is a lot.
Well thats pretty lame, it nom nom noms my memory.
